Today (May 18), the KQ Entertainment boyband were officially announced to be making their Hyde Park debut as headliners on Sunday June 28, which follows the 2026 Asia and Australia leg of the ‘In Your Fantasy’ tour, which wrapped in April.
The full line-up supporting the acclaimed South Korean group – made up of Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung And Jongho – is yet to be announced.
Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST next Friday (May 29) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. An Amex pre-sale goes live at the same time today (Monday, May 18). Alternatively, an artist pre-sale will launch at 10am BST on Wednesday May 20 – for more information, visit here.
They join this year’s previously announced headliners for BST Hyde Park are Garth Brooks (June 27), Maroon 5 (July 3), Mumford & Sons (July 4), Duran Duran (July 5), Pitbull (July 10) and Lewis Capaldi (July 11/12).
When we sat down with the band in 2024 after the group made waves with their debut appearance at Coachella festival, they touched on the importance of bringing their sound to bigger and better crowds.
Seonghwa said that nerves were always a part of any performance, but that they all really enjoyed festival dates. “Because this is a festival, I knew I had to have fun myself in order for the audience to have fun too.”
Yunho also said the outfit had “grown so much by thinking about new levels we can reach”, and added that they had always tried to bring their best to live performances, “no matter the venue or where we are, as we always have”.
Hongjoong added: “We always talk about this with our fans – our music and performances really fit big stages, so we want to prove that there.”
A new BST sister event, Roundhay Festival, is also set to launch in Leeds this summer. The only bill-toppers confirmed for this so far are Lewis Capaldi and Pitbull.
