A$AP Rocky is taking his helicopter on the road. Rocky announced the Don’t Be Dumb World Tour on Tuesday (Jan. 20), which will kick off with a North American leg in Chicago on May 27.
The 42-date global trek will give fans the live experience tied to his new album Don’t Be Dumb, which arrived on Friday (Jan. 16).
The Harlem native will rumble through Boston, Cleveland, Chicago, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Detroit, Vancouver, B.C., and wrap up the U.S. dates on July 11 in Newark, N.J. Rocky’s NYC date will double as his headlining set at Governors Ball on June 7.
Rocky will take his talents across the pond for the rest of the summer, where he’ll be making stops in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania and France.
The artist pre-sale tickets will go on sale for North American shows on Jan. 23 at 10 a.m. local show time. Fans can sign up in advance with the code “DONTBEDUMB,” while the European leg’s artist pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday (Jan. 21) at 9 a.m. local time.
The general public will have their shot on Jan. 27 at 9 a.m. local time. Cash App card customers will also have early access to tickets, which begin on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. local time. Various VIP packages are also slated to be available on the Don’t Be Dumb World Tour, which comes in support of Rocky’s first album since 2018’s Testing.
A$AP Rocky dropped off another visual in support of his new album, with the “Whiskey/Black Demarco” video arriving on Monday (Jan. 19). The animated storytelling clip stars Tim Burton and finds the decorated filmmaker bringing Rocky’s various alter-egos to life.
