Harry Styles fans have been tearing down adverts for hit video game League Of Legends and new Madison Beer music after they were stuck over the ‘We Belong Together’ comeback posters.

The former One Direction star wrapped up his ‘Love On Tour’ stadium trek back in 2023. At his last gig, he performed an unreleased 10-minute piano track and late last year, he gave ‘Forever Forever’ an official release alongside the phrase “we belong together”.

Earlier this week, posters with the same wording over images from Styles’ previous tour started appearing in cities around the world. Fans have speculated that Harry Styles could be about to announce the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Harry’s House’ alongside a string of headline shows.

However some of those comeback Harry Styles ‘We Belong Together’ posters have been covered up by adverts for League Of Legends’ new ‘For Demacia’ update, which went live January 8.

In one viral clip, two Harry Styles fans filmed themselves tearing down the League Of Legends ads. “Someone put a poster over Harry but dw, we saved him,” they explained. “The audacity! Lowkey, does this warrant free tickets?”

“Harry Styles’ fans having a one-sided beef with League Of Legends is not something I thought I’d see today,” replied one X user. “That’s just so disrespectful, some of these people need the promo…,” added another.

It was a similar scene in London after posters for Madison Beer’s ‘Bad Enough’ were put over Harry Styles’. “Harry sign on Bleecker Street marked ‘safe’ from Madison Beer posters with only minimal damage,” wrote one fan. “You guys can hate me and I’m fine with that, I did something stupid because I wanted to see a sign. I wish Madison all the success,” she added after being criticised for the removal.

It’s rumoured that Styles is set to play residencies at New York’s Madison Square Gardens, Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena and London’s Wembley Stadium this summer. In 2022, the pop star revealed that he was already working on ideas for his next solo effort and last year, he was spotted leaving RAK Studios in London.

Since releasing ‘Harry’s House’, Styles has starred in blockbusters Don’t Worry Darling and My Policeman. Last September, he ran the Berlin Marathon in under three hours.

In other news, Hytale is finally able to play in Early Access after more than 10 years of development and one cancellation.
